Lisa Gallagher has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Lisa began their career in 1995 as the Director of Human Resources at Fujitsu, where they developed a cooperative relationship with the union, evolved the workforce to accommodate increasing technology skills, and delivered management training leading to a 20% increase in employee satisfaction in the factory. In 2000, they joined IBM as the Director of Human Resources, where they built all facets of the Human Resources function with a focus on staffing, compensation and benefits during the start-up phase of the business cycle. Lisa then joined HireRight as the Vice President of International Business, Business Services, General Manager, and Operations. During their tenure, they grew the business from a venture-backed start-up to an IPO and acquisition. In 2015, they founded Gallagher Consulting, a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family acquisitions. Finally, in 2010 they founded Abriza, a real estate and mortgage note acquisition, management, and sales firm, specializing in multi-family real estate and mortgage notes.

Lisa Gallagher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Lisa also holds certifications in Call Center Metrics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Six Sigma for Executives from Pepperdine University.
