Elke Verboven is the owner and a personal and team coach at People Coach BVBA since August 2007, specializing in guiding individuals and organizations to realize their full potential. With extensive experience as a career coach and leadership coach, Elke aids leaders, teams, and organizations in unlocking their inherent capabilities. Prior roles include Enneagram trainer at Colruyt Group Academy, consultant/facilitator at FranklinCovey Benelux, and European HR Business Partner at Chiquita. Elke holds a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Ghent University and has additional qualifications in Human Resource Management, NLP, and Transpersonal Coaching, among others.
