Max Ray

Max Ray joined Abry in 2022. He is responsible for analyzing new investments, working with portfolio companies, and supporting sale transactions. Prior to joining Abry, Max was a member of the investment team at Grain Management, where he was responsible for investment underwriting, portfolio performance tracking, and analytical support for firm-wide deal sourcing. Prior to Grain Management, he was a member of the Communications, Media & Entertainment group at RBC. Max is a graduate of Holy Cross, where he earned his B.A. in Accounting.
