Alex Vaughan

Alex joined ABS Capital in 2016 and is responsible for tax compliance and tax planning for the firm. She also works on preparing financial statements, capital calls, and distributions. Alex plays a key role in the quarterly portfolio company valuation process and is extremely helpful in capturing and cataloging key data metrics across the ABS portfolio. Prior to joining ABS, Alex worked at KPMG as a federal tax manager.

Alex works in ABS's Baltimore office. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and daughter and is the secretary of Maryvale Preparatory School’s Alumnae Association.
