Geraldine de Guzman

Geraldine De Guzman has extensive experience in tax management and compliance. Geraldine began their career as a Tax Manager at ABS-CBN Shared Service Center PTE Ltd - ROHQ in 2009, where they handled tax-related responsibilities until 2010. After that, they joined IBM as an IA Tax - Project Manager for a brief period from 2010 to 2011. Geraldine then returned to ABS-CBN Corporation as a Tax Manager from 2011 to 2016, overseeing tax operations and collaborating with global teams. In 2016, they took on the role of Tax Director, where they led tax initiatives, managed external audits, and provided strategic tax advice to the management team. Throughout their career, Geraldine has demonstrated expertise in tax planning, compliance, and communication to various stakeholders.

Geraldine De Guzman completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines in the period of 2000 to 2005.
