Joseph Desmond Cruel

Joseph Desmond Cruel is an experienced professional in the film and visual effects industry, currently serving as the Head of Technical Services, Training and Research at ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc. since November 2011. In this role, Joseph oversees overall operations and provides strategic guidance in post-production processes.
