Khristofferson Yusi

Head, Digital Account Management at ABS-CBN

Khristofferson Yusi has a strong background in digital account management and customer service. From 2015 to the present, Yusi worked at ABS-CBN Corporation, initially as a Digital Account Officer and then as the Head of Digital Account Management. In these roles, they led the development of revenue-generating and user-engaging online campaigns, collaborated with different departments to produce award-winning digital campaigns, and launched broadcast programs to meet the growing demand for online content. Additionally, Yusi managed entertainment programs that trended worldwide and received multiple YouTube Creator Awards. From 2013 to 2015, Yusi worked at hibu as a Web Support Specialist and Customer Liaison Officer, where they managed client accounts, resolved billing and ad issues, and was recognized for their exceptional customer satisfaction.

Khristofferson Yusi completed their undergraduate degree in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas, from 2006 to 2013. In 2018, they pursued further education at Ateneo de Manila University, specializing in Chinese through the Confucius Institute. Outside of their formal education, they obtained various certifications in digital marketing, including becoming a Certified Digital Marketer in 2016 and completing multiple courses on social media marketing through LinkedIn in 2021.
