Steve Deets

Steve Deets has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Steve started their career in 1985 as an Estimator/Production Manager at Unique Printers and Lithographers Inc., where they demonstrated expertise in project management, estimating, purchasing, and scheduling. In 1992, they were promoted to VP Operations and took on the responsibility of overseeing all internal production and operations in a commercial printing company. Steve specialized in building pricing structures, personnel management, and streamlining procedures.

In 2003, Steve joined Unique Active LLC as a VP Sales, where they excelled in sales and business development in the conventional and digital offset commercial print industry. Steve also contributed to the development of e-procurement portals and implemented best practices to optimize print and production processes.

In 2014, Steve became the VP Sales at Active Graphics, where they continued to leverage their sales expertise and drive revenue growth. In 2018, they joined ABS Graphics as the VP National Accounts, focusing on sales and business development in the commercial print market. Their responsibilities included direct mail, large format digital and screen signage, POS, OOH, and all related print collateral. Steve played a crucial role in ABS Graphics' annual sales of over $40 million.

In 2019, Steve shifted gears and pursued their passion for craftsmanship and restoration. Steve joined DEETAILS restoration and refinishing as a Craftsman, Restorer, and Woodworker, where they worked on projects that involved breathing new life into old pieces and creating unique pieces.

Steve Deets attended Carthage College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Marketing.
