Amanda K. has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Generalist at ABS Kids since June 2020. Responsibilities include employee relations, conflict resolution, benefits administration, and managing various HR processes. Prior to that, Amanda worked as an Operations Manager at Heavy Lift Moving Company, where duties encompassed scheduling, hiring, and payroll management. Experience also includes serving as Assistant Store Director at Smith's Food & Drug Centers, overseeing HR and merchandising at the store level. Amanda holds a Master's in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Utah State University.
