Valarie Holder

Valarie Holder has a strong background in physician recruitment and clinical recruitment. Valarie began their career at UHS in 1997 as an Associate Physician Recruiter and later became a Physician Recruiter. Valarie then moved on to MedCath as the Director of Physician Recruitment from 2007 to 2010. Valarie then worked at HNI Healthcare as the Director of Physician Recruitment from 2010 to 2015. Valarie then joined TeamHealth as a Senior Clinical Recruiter from 2015 to 2021. Currently, Valarie is the Regional Recruiting Director at ABS Kids, starting in November 2021.

Valarie Holder obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor at the same university, which they completed from 2000 to 2003.
