Howard I. Gilbert

Howard I. Gilbert has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Howard I. currently serves as the Executive Managing Director at ABS Partners Real Estate, a position they have held since July 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a Senior Managing Director starting in September 2014. During their time at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, they specialized in retail leasing, representing financial institutions, national and international retailers, landlords, and developers. Howard I. was responsible for planning and implementing expansion strategies and dispositions throughout New York City, as well as preparing and implementing retail leasing programs for both commercial and residential buildings. Howard has established a strong reputation as a retail leasing veteran with over 35 years of experience in the field.

Howard I. Gilbert attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1969 to 1972, where they studied Electrical Engineering. Howard I. later enrolled at the University at Buffalo and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) between 1972 and 1973, with a focus in Business.
