Angelo Francisco

Angelo Francisco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marine surveying and auditing, currently serving as a Senior Surveyor and Auditor at the American Bureau of Shipping since February 2009. In this role, Angelo is responsible for organizing and conducting classification and statutory surveys and audits across Cameroon and surrounding countries, while also overseeing operations in the Republic of Congo. Key competencies include being an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, an International Safety Management Auditor, an International Ship and Port Security Auditor, and a Maritime Labour Convention Inspector. Prior to this, Angelo held positions in IT support and as a Measure While Drilling Engineer, and holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Portuguese Naval School.
