Gabriel Seabra

Gabriel Seabra is a Senior Surveyor at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since April 2014, where responsibilities include conducting routine surveys on classed vessels and offshore structures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Prior to this role, Gabriel served as a Surveyor and Marine & Offshore Surveyor, contributing to the construction of drilling rigs and the installation and commissioning of FPSOs. Experience also includes a five-year tenure at Technip as an Equipment Engineer, Planning Engineer, and Planning Trainee, handling mechanical equipment package coordination, contractor oversight, and project planning in various FPSO projects. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UERJ and a postgraduate degree in Process Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
