Jason Angell

Jason Angell has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jason is currently serving as the Head of Global Security & Business Resilience at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), where they lead a global security team responsible for risk management in high-risk countries. Jason implemented strategic improvements to the travel security program, enhancing ABS's ability to track and monitor employees. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Senior Manager - Security Consulting at Secure Solutions International, Inc., where they managed a cross-functional team focused on reducing risk to critical energy and technology assets. Jason also held the position of Captain in the United States Marine Corps, leading a Protective Security Detail responsible for the personal protection of high-ranking officials. Jason began their career as an Intelligence/Crime Analyst at the Westminster Police Department, where they conducted research and analyzed criminal activity.

Jason Angell earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton in the years 1996 to 2000. Jason then pursued a Master's degree in Security Management focusing on executives at the University of Houston-Downtown from 2013 to 2015.
