Jason Soutiere

Jason Soutiere has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Jason is currently working at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as the Regional Director of Operations for North America since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Area Operations Manager for the Gulf Coast from May 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they held the role of Senior Principal Surveyor in charge from June 2020 to May 2021, and as the Principal Surveyor in charge from May 2019 to June 2020, both at ABS.

Jason's professional journey started in 2003 as a Chief Engineer at FairfieldNodal. Jason then joined T-Solutions, Inc. in 2006 as a US Navy Port Engineer, where they worked until 2012. Following this, they joined ABS as a Surveyor and held the position until 2019.

Jason Soutiere attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1997 to 2001, studying Marine Engineering.
