Kisha Qualls, MBA, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at the American Bureau of Shipping since May 2023, Kisha collaborates with managers to optimize workforce management. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TranSystems, Kisha identified staffing needs, managed recruitment processes, and implemented applicant tracking systems.
