Mary Garbutt

Mary Garbutt is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Vice President and Segment Head at Absa Bank Kenya since April 2020. Prior roles include leadership positions at Stanbic Bank Kenya, where Mary managed transactional solutions for the industrials and real estate sectors, and held various senior roles at Citi, contributing to branch operations and customer service. Mary holds an MSc in Organisational and Business Psychology from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nairobi. Education was completed at Alliance Girls High School.
