Manoj Puri

Manoj Puri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Security Officer at Absa Group since July 2018, Manoj has previously held significant roles including Interim Chief Security Officer and CIO for the Rest of Africa. Before joining Absa, Manoj was the Head of Architecture, Cyber Security, and Service Engineering at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where tenure spanned from October 2015 to June 2018. Manoj also worked at Standard Bank Group as the Global Head of Operations Technology and at Strate as an Executive Board Member and Chief Information Officer. Educationally, Manoj completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
