Luca la Mantia

Luca La Mantia is a seasoned professional in business development and sales management, currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager for Southern Europe at Absen since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Sales Manager for South and East EMEA at MicroTouch and Head of Sales at AVstore, a value-added distributor for AV and IT markets. Luca held various positions in the AV system and design sectors, including Product Sales Marketing Manager at Vibrosound and Architect Manager at Sadun, where responsibilities spanned from sales and technical consulting to project management. Educationally, Luca earned a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano and has engaged in academic roles, including research assistant lecturer and visiting interior design teacher.
