Leeann Sommer

LeeAnn Sommer has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as an RN Case Manager and PRC Specialist at Absentee Shawnee Tribal Health System since 2016. Previously, LeeAnn held multiple roles at the same organization, including RN Case Manager/Chronic Care Coordinator and Primary Care Charge Nurse. Prior to that, LeeAnn was the Registered Nurse Department Manager at Oklahoma Center for Orthopaedic Multi-Specialty Surgery from August 2007 to August 2015. LeeAnn earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Oklahoma State University between 1991 and 1993.
