Erik Nowak

Erik Nowak, PMP, currently serves as an Army Reserve Officer and Team Chief for Engineer Observer/Trainers in the US Army, overseeing the training of engineer units across multiple states. In addition, Erik holds the position of Project Manager at Absher Construction Company, where responsibilities include overall project management and financial oversight. As Chief Operating Officer at F3, Erik manages day-to-day operations and coordinates with the Board of Directors and legal matters. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the US Army Corps of Engineers and various leadership roles in the active Army, including Company Commander and Engineer Officer. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Horticultural Science from Virginia Tech and two Master's degrees in Environmental Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
