Konstantin M. Lyulchev Gemba

Konstantin M. Lyulchev, PhD, GEMBA, has held the position of Executive Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board at TGK 14 since June 2014. Additionally, Konstantin serves on the Supervisory Boards of multiple organizations, including Russian Railways Stroy JSC, Russian Railways Logistics, Transfin-M, Absolut Bank, High Speed Rail Lines JSC, RZD Real Estate, and Energopromsbyt LLC. Furthermore, Konstantin is a Member of the Audit Committee at TransTeleCom and holds a position on the Strategic, Audit, and Risk Committee at JSC Federal Freight. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Global Executive Business Administration from Duke University, a course in Strategic Management from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, and a PhD in Economics from the Moscow State University of Transport (MIIT).
