Leena Jacob

Leena Jacob has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Leena joined Absolutdata Analytics, an Infogain company, in 2017 and has held various positions in talent strategy and management, including Deputy Manager and Manager roles. Prior to this, they worked at Philips as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for creating and implementing HR plans aligned with business strategy, as well as streamlining talent acquisition processes. Before Philips, Leena worked at Tata Elxsi as an HR Business Partner, where they oversaw various HR functions for two business units. Leena also gained experience as a summer intern at Tata Teleservices Ltd, conducting an organization study on employee retention. Leena'searly career started at TC Global as a Trainee Counsellor, focusing on business development and student counseling for overseas education. Leena's work experience showcases their expertise in talent strategy and management, HR planning, and business development.

Leena Jacob's education history begins with their attendance at the Convent of Jesus And Mary in New Delhi, where they studied from 1995 to 2007. From there, they moved on to St. Stephen's College in Delhi, where they pursued a B.Sc. in Applied Physical Science, completing their studies from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they enrolled at the Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship, where they obtained a PGDM in Human Resources, completing their degree from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Leena Jacob has also obtained a certification in Strategic Performance Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in May 2018.
