Frances Russell

Frances Russell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as the CEO of Absolute Collagen since November 2021, Frances previously held roles at Amazon from March 2016 to June 2021 as Vice President for New Business Development, Sustainability & Customer Experience, and Vice President for EU Fashion (Private Brands), where significant contributions included establishing and globally distributing Fashion Private Brands in Europe. Prior to Amazon, Frances was a Trading Director for Womenswear and Lingerie & Beauty at Marks and Spencer from April 2008 to September 2015. Frances's career began at Arcadia Group Ltd, where various buying and merchandising roles culminated in the position of Managing Director for Burton & Evans from September 1990 to April 2008. Frances holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
