Carla D. Youngblood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member engagement, community health advocacy, and personal development coaching. Currently serving as a Member Engagement Team Trainer at AbsoluteCare since July 2022, Carla previously held various roles including CHW Manager - New Member Enrollment and Jewelry Designer at DesignsbyCarla, Patient Health Advocate at Somatus, and Community Health Advocate at MedStar Health. Carla is the founder and former CEO of Women Making a Difference, Inc., and has a background in managing programs for men in re-entry as President/CEO of Million Dollar Man, Inc.
