Joel Dewitt

Joel DeWitt has extensive work experience in various customer success and management roles. Joel is currently the Director of Client Success at Absorb Software. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success at MoxiWorks, where they provided strategic direction and oversaw a team of 110 individuals across three countries. Earlier in their career, Joel worked as a Manager of Client Success at Concur and a Customer Success Manager and Managing Consultant at Apptio. Joel also has experience as a Technical Team Lead, Project Manager, and Consultant at The Active Network. Joel's early career includes a role as a Technology Sales Specialist at Office Depot.

Joel DeWitt attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2001 to 2007, where they earned a B.A. degree in both Political Science and Religion.
