Zach Bayer

Zach Bayer is the current Director of Executive Sales at Abstrakt Marketing Group. Zach has been with the company since March 2016, starting as a Senior Partner Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing, coaching, and training a team of 8 sales representatives. Zach was also responsible for the account management of clients in several different industries, including: Information Technology, HVAC & Mechanical Contractors, Painting, Material Handling, Accounting, LED lighting, CEO consultation, Loan officer recruitment, Realtor recruitment, Wholesale recruitment, and Telecom services.

In July 2021, Zach was promoted to Director of Executive Sales. In this role, they are responsible for selling B2B marketing solutions to SMB companies that are looking to grow and begin to gain a steady stream of predictable revenue. To date, Zach has sold over 5 million in annual reoccurring revenue and has been named Sales Person of the Month 10 times and Sales Person of the Quarter 4 times.

Zach Bayer earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Lindenwood University.

They are on a team with Cole Welch - Director of Sales, Steve Dozier - Director of Executive Sales, and Matt Witte - Director of Executive Sales. Their manager is John Schwepker, VP of Sales.
