Krupa Patel, MS, ICF Certified Coach (ACC), PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent and Change Management at Abt Global since June 2021. In this role, Krupa partners with the Executive Leadership Team to advance strategies focused on equity, sustainability, and growth. Additionally, Krupa is an Adjunct Faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University, teaching courses related to business management and organizational behavior. Previous experiences include significant roles at Align Technology and IBM, where Krupa led global training programs and drove organizational development initiatives.
