Rafael Martinez

Rafael Martinez is a Sr. Finance and Contract Manager at Abt Associates, with extensive experience in finance and administration roles for various projects including the USAID funded Health Sector Financing Reform Project in Ethiopia. Prior to their current role, Rafael held positions at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS) and the Peace Corps. Rafael graduated with a BA in Political Science with a Minor in International Relations from the University of California, Riverside.
