Shreesha Dawadi

Shreesha Dawadi, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Starting in 2007, Dawadi worked as a Foreign Trade and Credit Officer at Bank of Kathmandu. In 2008, they briefly worked as an Operation and Client Relationship Manager at Airtech Industries. Dawadi then joined Population Services International in 2009, where they held the positions of Finance Officer and RFO-GFATM, leading financial management and capacity building projects. In 2013, Dawadi transitioned to the role of Senior Regional Financial Analyst at Population Services International, managing financial budgets and donor budgets for multiple projects. In 2018, Dawadi moved to Nathan Associates where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in financial analysis, consolidation of statements, and treasury and cash management. Shreesha was later promoted to Senior Manager Finance Accounting, responsible for leading accounting and finance functions. In 2021, Dawadi joined Connexi as a Senior Director-Finance & Accounting, overseeing the establishment of subsidiary accounting systems and mentoring the finance team. Finally, in 2022, Dawadi took on the role of Director of Finance at Abt Associates. Shreesha Dawadi, MBA attended Pokhara Vishwavidalaya from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they studied at Kathmandu University (KU) from 2002 to 2005 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Their BBA degree specialized in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
