Stephanie McNutt, PMP, serves as a Senior Digital Project Manager at Abt Global and is the Owner of JTCB Consulting, both roles held since 2022. With nearly two decades of experience at ICF, McNutt progressed from Senior Administrative Assistant to Manager/Senior Community Development Specialist, overseeing strategic consulting and project implementation in the Housing and Community Development portfolio and managing web content for the HUD Exchange. Additional positions include roles in graphic design and production management at various media organizations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and an Associate of Arts from Northern Virginia Community College.
