Tee Baker

Tee Baker is a seasoned professional in human services with extensive experience in housing insecurity and youth homelessness. Currently serving as a Human Services Associate at Abt Associates, Tee Baker co-designed the gender identity data elements for the 2024 HMIS Data Standards and co-leads the Emergency Solutions Grant workgroup. Previous roles at Abt Associates include Senior Technical Assistance Provider, where Tee Baker co-developed a framework for rural HUD grantees and led nationwide outreach for data collection, and Technical Assistance Provider, providing guidance to HUD grantees. Additional experience includes serving as Supportive Housing Program Coordinator for the City of Worcester and Outreach Program Coordinator at LUK, Inc. Tee Baker holds a Master's Degree in Community Development & Planning and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Clark University, and is also involved in basketball scouting and writing through positions with Prep Network and The Next Hoops.
