Allan Duncan

Allan Duncan is currently the Head of Strategic Growth and Programme Impact at Abt Associates in Britain. Prior to this, Allan served as a Principal Consultant at Oxford Policy Management and Associate Director Fragile States at KPMG Development Advisory Services. With a Master of Science in Public Policy from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Econ from the University of East Anglia, Allan has a strong educational background to support their professional experience in consulting and capacity building in various organizations.
