Rachel Jordan is currently serving as a Director at ABTA Insurance PCC Limited, leading a team that supports members in various aspects of their businesses. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Director of Financial Protection at ABTA and has experience in insurance regulation advisory at KPMG UK. Rachel also worked in insurance risk and regulation advisory at EY, specialized in insurance as an Ombudsman and Senior Adjudicator at Financial Ombudsman Service, and held various internships in international advocacy and human rights. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex.
