Debra Cammer Hines

Debra Cammer Hines serves as the Chief Solutions Officer at Abt Global, a position held since March 2024, leading a global technical delivery organization focused on innovative solutions for clients. Previously, Debra was a Principal at EY from June 2015 to March 2024, where responsibilities included business development strategy and account management for the State & Local Government practice. Debra also contributed as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for the Business Council for International Understanding from December 2021 to June 2023. Prior roles at IBM included Vice President for Services for BNP Paribas, NA GBS Top Account & Growth Leader, and Managing Director, overseeing significant client relationships and service portfolios. Additional experience includes leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Office of Management and Budget, and KPMG. Debra holds a Master's degree in Public Policy with a focus on Financial Management from the University of Maryland and is currently participating in Executive Education at the London Business School.
