Franchesca Jones is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and diversity hiring. Currently serving as the Recruiting Programs Lead at Abt Global, Franchesca previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Children's Home Society of North Carolina and worked as a Diversity Technical Recruiter at Amazon, where involvement with the JEDI team emphasized diversity and military tech hiring.
