Naganika Sanga

Naganika Sanga is a Social Science Research Monitoring Associate at Abt Global since September 2022, previously serving as a Research Project Manager at the University of Michigan from August 2016 to August 2022, where Naganika managed the Just Futures project focusing on refugee community organizations. This role involved designing surveys, conducting interviews and discussions, and enhancing capacity building for community leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic. Naganika's experience includes consulting for the World Bank and the Council for Social Development, working as a Senior Knowledge Manager at the Centre for Good Governance, a Policy Planner for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, and a GIS specialist at Google. Naganika holds a PhD in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in International Planning and Development from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
