Giovanni Rinaldi is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in Italian cuisine. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa since April 2023, Giovanni has also held the position of Chef de Cuisine at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa since March 2021, where the focus is on seasonal ingredients and gourmet interpretations of traditional Italian dishes. Previous roles include Head Chef at Saporito Restaurant, Chef de Partie at London Hilton On Park Lane and EDITION, and Demi Chef de Partie at esteemed Michelin-starred establishments such as metamorfosi ristorante and Camia Massimo. Giovanni Rinaldi graduated from ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in 2016, reinforcing a strong foundation in culinary arts.
