Cushi Henry

Cushi Henry currently serves as the Quant Research & Development Lead at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), starting in June 2025, focusing on large-scale data operations for systematic trading. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Balyasny Asset Management L.P., where Cushi managed commodities research and data engineering teams, enhancing market productivity through data-backed decision-making. Previous positions were held at Vanguard, Hastings Direct, S&P Global, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Nomura, and J.P. Morgan, covering areas such as big data engineering, data warehousing, and application development. Cushi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing from Coventry University.
