Joe Torrez is an experienced consultant specializing in organization design, culture transformation, and performance enhancement. Currently a freelance consultant since July 2023, Joe Torrez has held significant roles at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as Division Head of HR Operations and Head of HR Business Partner Division, focusing on sustained performance improvements.
