Alaa al Soughiyr

Alaa Al Soughiyr is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in retail banking and telesales. Currently serving as Team Leader of Retail Banking Telesales at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since December 2023, Al Soughiyr previously held the position of Team Leader for Credit Cards and Personal Loans at Rak Bank from December 2007 to December 2023. Al Soughiyr successfully managed a team of 16 direct sales staff, consistently meeting monthly targets of 260 credit cards and 3.1 million in loans, while ensuring adherence to the bank's policies and standards. Al Soughiyr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economy, earned between 2002 and 2007.
