Inas Abu Salem has over 18 years of work experience in various marketing roles. Inas started their career as a Marketing Officer at Abu Dhabi Motors (BMW), where they promoted and sold BMW cars and assisted in coordinating advertising campaigns. Inas then worked as an Account Manager at Elite, where they suggested and implemented new promotional schemes for clients and prepared creative presentations. Inas later joined Syriatel as a Value Added Services Product Manager, responsible for developing yearly plans and budgets for marketing campaigns. In 2007, Inas became a Marketing Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where they executed and followed up on marketing requirements for the launch of Meethaq, the Islamic Banking segment, and assisted in strategic planning for wealth management products. Their most recent role was as VP, Global Head of Marketing Communications & Branding at a Bank, where they successfully led rebranding projects, launched ATL/BTL campaigns, and achieved a 2x revenue increase.

Inas Abu Salem completed their high school education at the Choiefat Abu Dhabi School, earning a High School Diploma. Following their graduation, they enrolled at McMaster University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Inas completed their undergraduate education at McMaster University from 1996 to 2000, majoring in Psychology.
