Mahmoud Eldalaw

Mahmoud Eldalaw possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent development, having held leadership roles in notable financial and real estate institutions. At Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, from April 2010 to January 2014, Mahmoud served as Head of Learning and Talent Development, overseeing talent development programs, succession planning, and digital learning strategies. Previous positions include Head of Talent Development and Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included managing leadership programs and training rollouts. Prior to this, Mahmoud led the HR division at Hydra Properties and served as Head of HR and Administration at Tameer. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University.
