Neeraj Varyani

Neeraj Varyani is an experienced Operations Automation Manager currently with ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since November 2023, specializing in banking operations automation and digitization through BPM, RPA, and ETL technologies. Prior to this role, Neeraj served as Automation Ops Lead for Retail Ops at Systems MEA, focusing on optimizing processes to achieve the bank's strategy for zero manual operations. Neeraj's background includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Development Engineer and Associate Consultant, with expertise in BPM and development within prominent banking institutions such as Emirates NBD and Mashreq.
