Sayed Awad

Sayed Awad possesses extensive experience in IT infrastructure and technical support, currently serving as an Information Technology Technical Consultant at Palm Hills Developments and a Windows Support Engineer within the UEX team at Microsoft. Since July 2018, Sayed has also functioned as an IT Infrastructure Administrator at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, providing critical support for Microsoft infrastructure and services. Starting a career at Etisalat Misr in 2009, Sayed has held various roles, including Senior Technical Support Analyst, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and IT Hardware Support Engineer, demonstrating a strong aptitude for managing technology solutions and fostering collaboration across teams. Sayed holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Ain Shams University.
