Shahbaz Kiani

Shahbaz Kiani is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Manager of SRE & Digital Command Center at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since August 2013, with responsibilities including managing production support for digital channels and collaborating with executive teams on IT strategy. Previously, Shahbaz held the role of Senior Technology Lead, overseeing 24x7 support for various contact center technologies. Career highlights include successful project completions such as Customer Identity and Access Management and WhatsApp Chatbot integration. Shahbaz’s prior experience includes consulting roles at e-Solutions House and as a Senior Software Engineer at ESH, contributing to significant projects for major banks in the Middle East. Educational credentials include a Master of Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Peshawar. Shahbaz received the ADIB Star Award in Q1 2021.
