Shama al Marzooqi

Shama Al Marzooqi is a Risk Analyst specializing in Market Risk at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since July 2022, responsible for preparing daily reports on profit and loss, foreign exchange, equity, and scenario plans, as well as analyzing breaches and providing departmental ratings using Bloomberg. Shama also prepares monthly reports including ALCO, CMF, and cash flow, in addition to monitoring sukuk limits. Notably, Shama was among the top 20 graduates selected for the Nibras program, receiving comprehensive training in various risk departments and qualified courses with Eibfs. Prior experience includes internships in the finance department of ADNOC Group and ADNOC Offshore, where engagement included accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and general ledger management using SAP. Shama holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Higher Colleges of Technology and a High School Diploma from Umm Al Arab School.
