Yasser Elzefzaf

Yasser Elzefzaf is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as Senior Information Technology Manager at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Yasser oversees IT client-side technologies and infrastructure as a manager of the IT Desktop Support Team. Prior experience includes key positions at Etisalat Misr, where Yasser held various leadership roles in IT Technical Support and Assets Management since March 2007, guiding teams in both internal and remote support, as well as leading critical projects. Yasser began the career at Vodafone as an IT Engineer and has also served as a Mathematical Engineering Lecturer at El Shorouk Academy. Yasser holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Network Engineering from Ain Shams University.
