Ali Alkhazali, MBA, EFQM, PMP currently serves as the Customer Experience Senior Manager - Digital Cluster at AD Ports Group. Prior to this, Ali held various managerial positions in customer service and service excellence across different industries including healthcare and telecommunications. Ali holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Jordan University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Geneva Business School.
