Rita Allan

Rita Allan currently serves as the General Counsel for International Projects at AD Ports Group, overseeing the legal aspects of international projects aligned with the Group's strategic goals. Previously, Rita held significant roles, including Senior Associate at Pinsent Masons, where expertise in large-scale international construction and infrastructure projects was developed, and Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, focusing on procurement and renewable energy projects. Rita also brings experience as a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg, Rein & Co. in the Petroleum and Energy group, as well as roles at White & Case, Balfour Beatty Workplace, and EDF Energy, contributing to a robust background in construction law, international arbitration, and corporate legal advice. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from Bond University.
